I just finished reading Where Am I Eating? With a degree in Foods & Nutrition it is of special interest to me. Do you ever speak in the northwest suburban Chicago area? What do you charge. I’m a member of ICLRU (Institute of Continued Learning at Roosevelt University satellite campus in Schaumburg. Peer led learning; 500+ senior lifelong learners. I few years back I brought Dr. Bruce Kraig, anthropologist/prof of Politics of Food to speak during our winter lecture series and he opened some eyes. I think you would as well.
