The Coast Guard in Indiana?

We’ve gotten so much rain in the past week that the Coast Guard stopped guarding the coast and came to Indiana.

There’s plenty of water standing in the Muncie area, but thankfully, the drainage ditch in my backyard is flowing along nicely. Good thing, too, we don’t have flood insurance.
